New & Innovative development with SuperDeck 3.2 & SuperCrane 285

B&B Glass has reaped the full benefits of Preston Rental’s specialized equipment. The SuperDeck 3.2 & SuperCrane 285 were deployed to assist with a 7-story CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) project for new and improved Southstone Yards office buildings in Frisco, TX.

The remarkable combination of the SuperDeck 3.2 & SuperCrane 285 will be heavily focused on providing this project with an all-wood and biophilic environment. Southstone Yards have been designed and envisioned to provide a well-rounded, and fun workplace for employees whilst creating a full indoor and outdoor experience through the heavily focused materials and structures that will encompass the site. The office buildings will truly feel the outdoor atmosphere through the mass timber and eco-conscious materials that are not only great for the environment but satisfactory to the eye.

Being a remarkably busy and clogged working environment, challenges were originally presented, such as lack of laydown yard, coordinating crane time, and product concerns and damages. But with the help of Preston Rentals equipment, many challenges were effortlessly solved.

Our equipment was able to provide two solutions on one truck, as they reduce freight costs and provide our clients with a one-stop shop for all their needs. The SuperCrane 285 can provide additional room, the ability to fit into narrow spaces, and phenomenal lifting capabilities, through the small body width of 2.46 ft. The SuperDeck can specifically provide a solution to their clogged environment, as more working room can become available. Materials can efficiently be transported and stacked inside the deck when needing more space.

Tricky Business with Lithko -SuperDeck 3.2, SuperDeck 4.2 & SuperCrane 305

The development of a 27-story residential apartment tower is currently underway in Downtown Dallas, TX- where numerous Preston Rental products are working with Lithko Contracting for the completion.

Originally hiring just one SuperDeck 4.2, Preston Rentals has been able to provide a number of more products after struggling with another supplier. Preston Rentals supplied additional units with the SuperCrane 305 & SuperDeck 3.2 arriving onsite.

For maximum efficiency, the SuperDeck retractable system has been selected as the preferred system for multistorey construction, as each loading platform can be stacked above one another to create a draw-like system. Utilized in a range of diverse tasks, the system can supply you with fast, safe, and effortless handling of materials, on and off-site.

With a powerful stature, the SuperCrane 305 provides worksites with a superior quality of engineering and technology that cannot be found elsewhere. With lifting power up to 6,506lb, this mini crane is the perfect partner for the task.

But utilizing these materials together creates a whole new platform for construction. Whether it is inside or outside of a building, our SuperCrane 305 can squeeze into compact spaces for the easy transportation of materials-they also have to move steel in a compact area which is ideal for our mini crane onsite.
